Which pan should I start with?

If you want one versatile everyday piece, start with the Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan. Choose the High-Wall Pan or Sauté Pan if you regularly cook sauces and one-pan meals, the Wok for stir-fries and tossing, the Two-Handle Pan for cooking and serving, and the Deep Pot for soups, stews and batch cooking.

What is the difference between the High-Wall Pan and the Sauté Pan?

Both give you extra capacity. The High-Wall Pan keeps a more familiar frying-pan feel, while the Sauté Pan is designed around a broader base and straighter sides for recipes that move from browning to simmering.

How should I care for my cookware?

Let cookware cool naturally, wash with warm water and mild dish soap, and dry thoroughly before storing. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product for material-specific guidance.
