Follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking page shows no recent scan, the parcel may still be moving between carrier facilities before the next update appears.

I have not received a tracking update yet.
Tracking information can take time to appear after a shipping label is created. Check again after the carrier has accepted and scanned the parcel.
My tracking has not changed for a few days.
Long-distance shipments can move between hubs without a visible scan at every step. If the shipment appears unusually delayed, contact us with your order number.
The carrier says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel.
Check safe-drop locations, building reception and nearby household members first. If it is still missing, contact us so we can help you review the delivery information.
