30-day returns for the Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

Request a return within 30 days of delivery through our contact page. Include your order number. The pan must be unused, complete and in its original condition and packaging for a change-of-mind return.

Our refund promise

Return an eligible pan following our instructions and we will refund the product price paid after receiving and inspecting it. This is a return guarantee, not a lifetime or performance warranty.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Return shipping
