Shipping destinations

Available shipping destinations are determined at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see whether shipping is available to your location.

Free shipping on orders of US$94.95 or more

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when the order subtotal after discounts is at least US$94.95 (or its checkout currency equivalent), to destinations where delivery is available. No code is needed. Below this amount, available shipping charges are shown before payment. Taxes and duties, if applicable, are separate.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing and transit times can vary by destination, product availability, carrier and seasonal demand. The most relevant delivery information available for your order is shown during checkout or in subsequent shipping communications.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied at checkout. Carrier scans can occasionally take time to update while a parcel is moving between facilities.

Address changes

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to a carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.

Delays, loss or damage in transit

If a shipment appears unusually delayed, arrives damaged or cannot be located, contact us with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the available information and help determine the next step.
